First off, thank you for visiting our page. It's because of people like you that we're able to continue doing what we love—creating handmade knives and other unique products.

At Blades and Bands, we are a family-run business with a passion for craftsmanship and quality. Tracy, the founder, began making knives in 2022 as a hobby after being inspired by the show Forged in Fire. He quickly expanded into creating kydex sheaths and developed a deep love for the art of knife making. Connor, Tracy's son-in-law, joined the journey in the summer of 2024, initially focused on crafting leather sheaths but soon discovered his true passion for making knives.

Our operation has grown to include custom rings, coasters, and more, all created with the same dedication to excellence. Every knife we make starts as cold, soft steel, which we either forge in our gas forge or shape with angle grinders. From there, the magic happens on the belt grinders, where we add bevels, shape the blade, and craft custom handles that make each piece unique. We take pride in infusing a story into every knife, from the materials we choose to the care and skill that goes into the process.
