Blades & Bands Bespoke Crafted from hand-poured resin, each piece is cut and turned in-house with precision and care. We then sand every item meticulously using a specialty grit progression—from coarse to ultra-fine—bringing out a flawless finish and deep, radiant shine. Each Blades & Bands Bespoke is meticulously sanded through a progressive micro-abrasive sequence to achieve a flawless finish: • 30 micron silicon carbide • 15 micron silicon carbide • 9 micron aluminum oxide • 3 micron aluminum oxide • 2 micron aluminum oxide • 1 micron aluminum oxide After sanding, we apply a 6-step polishing system that enhances the depth and clarity of the resin while adding a durable, high-gloss finish. This final polish not only brings out a radiant shine but also provides lasting resistance to hazing from handling and everyday use. This process is never rushed and is sure to get all small scratches out. Every bespoke is a labor of love, shaped by hand, finished with soul, and made right here in Tennessee.
